PB & JELLY OVERNIGHT OATS
Ingredients
¼ cup oats
¼ cup of milk (regular, almond, coconut, or oat)
½ scoop PB& J protein (1ST phorm)
½ cup 0% greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp raspberry jelly
Toppings (optional):
Blueberries
Chopped Peanuts
Directions:
In a tubber ware container add oats, milk, chia seeds then yogurt. Layer with protein, PB, and Jelly. Store in fridge overnight.
