PB & JELLY OVERNIGHT OATS


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oats

  • ¼ cup of milk (regular, almond, coconut, or oat)

  • ½ scoop PB& J protein (1ST phorm)

  • ½ cup 0% greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp raspberry jelly

        

Toppings (optional):

         Blueberries

         Chopped Peanuts


Directions:

 In a tubber ware container add oats, milk, chia seeds then yogurt.  Layer with protein, PB, and Jelly.  Store in fridge overnight.
