Mango Salsa
Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes
1 ripe avocado
½ cup cilantro
½ cup red onion
1 pickled jalapeno
1 tbsp white vinegar
Directions:
Dice the mango, avocado, cilantro (including stems), red onion and jalapeno. Combine all ingredients in small bowl and stir. Serve cold, pairs well with Seared Ahi Tuna.
