SEARED AHI TUNA


Ingredients

  • 4 large tuna steaks

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce

  • 2 tsp ginger

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

     

    Toppings:

             Sesame seeds


Directions:

In a large flat tubber ware combine the marinade and add tuna steaks.  Let sit 1 hour each side.  Top with sesame seeds if desired and sear for 45 seconds in a very hot cast iron skillet.  Serve immediately.
