cinnamon toast scrambled oats


Ingredients

1 banana

½ cup oats

1 egg

1 tsp ground cinnamon

 1/2 cup of 0% fage yogurt

½ serving of protein (vanilla or cinnamon)

For topping:

         Fresh berries

         Honey

         Peanut butter


Directions:

 Mash the banana and mix in the oats, egg, and cinnamon.  Spray a pan with olive oil and add the mixture.  Flatten mixture in pan and cook until brown (3-4 minutes).  Break up the mixture, “scrambling” it.  Cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.  Serve on top of yogurt and protein powder mixture.

 

Notes: 

Drizzle the scrambled oats with toppings of choice to meet your macros (berries, PB, etc)
