blueberry banana split


Ingredients

1 banana

         ¼ cup 0% fage yogurt

         ¼ scoop vanilla protein

         Handful of blueberries

         1 tbsp of lemon juice

         ¼ cup of granola


Directions:

 Place blueberries and lemon juice in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.  Mix the yogurt and protein powder together in a small bowl.  Top the banana with the yogurt, then drizzle the blueberry “jam”, top with the granola.

Notes: 

This is fantastic for breakfast or as a dessert.  Can top with peanut butter drizzle if macros allow.  I use NuTrail blueberry cinnamon nut granola.
