Pina colada protein shake


Ingredients

1/3 banana

         1 cup frozen pineapple

         1 scoop vanilla protein

         1 cup coconut milk

         1 ½ tbsp shaved coconut

Squeeze of lime juice

         optional* 1 scoop powdered greens


Directions:

 Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth.  Pour into shaker cup. 

 Notes:  This is a great pre-workout shake.  I use 1st Phorm supplements.
