DUBAI CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken

  • ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp Dubai Sunset Salt Wolf seasoning

  • 1 tsp red curry powder


Chop chicken into bite size chunks.  In a large bowl combine yogurt, coconut milk, and seasoning and mix together.  Add chicken and coat in marinade.  Let marinate for 30 min – 24 hrs.  Grill on a cast iron grill plan at 350 for 10 minutes.

 

Notes:  Pair with Golden Curry Chickpea Salad and Creamy Yogurt Curry Dressing.
