BAKED ROSEMARY LAMB


Ingredients

  • 1 rack of lamb

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp rosemary


Directions:

Bring lamb to room temperature.  Line a large baking sheet with foil. Drizzle meat with olive oil and season with garlic, salt, and rosemary.  Let rest for 30-60 minutes. Preheat oven to 450.  Bake for 18 minutes.
