turkey burger bowl
Ingredients
2lbs ground turkey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Salt Wolf Oaxacan mole
4 large sweet potatoes, sliced
1 tbsp BBQ seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
Spinach
Tomato
Red onion
Pickles
JalapeƱo pepper
Truff Burger Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven and air fryer to 425. Line a baking sheet with foil. Toss the sliced sweet potato with olive oil and arrange in one layer on the baking sheet. Top with BBQ seasoning and air fry for 25-30 minutes. While the potatoes are cooking, line a second baking sheet with foil. Combine the turkey and Worcestershire sauce, and form into 6 patties. Coat the top of the patties with the mole seasoning. Place the burgers on the sheet and bake for 20 minutes. When finished baking add a burger, 1 cup of sweet potato, and garnish in a bowl, toss and enjoy!
