STEAK BREAKFAST SALAD


Ingredients

  • 4oz steak

  • 2 hardboiled eggs

  • 3 tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 cups kale

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Sage chopped

  • 1 tbsp Fresh oregano chopped

  • 1 slice sprouted bread

  • 2 tbsp hot honey Dijon dressing


Directions:

Cook steak in cast iron skillet, set aside. While steak is cooking, toast bread in toaster then cut into cubes and set aside.  Lightly sauté the tomatoes, spinach, kale, and fresh herbs in the steak juices for about 2 minutes on medium heat. Combine all of ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with dressing and serve warm.
