MAPLE AND SAGE CHICKEN SAUSAGE


Ingredients

  • 1lb ground chicken

  • 1 tsp P3 seasoning (Salt Wolf)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped

  •  2 eggs

    Topping:

             Dash cayenne pepper

             Drizzle maple syrup


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°.  In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix.  Form ~1 inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet covered in foil.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Once finished baking dust meatballs with cayenne pepper, and lightly brush maple syrup on top. 

Notes:  These are great for breakfast or for meal prep.
